An excellent powder morning turned to mashed potatoes mid-day by the warm, sunny weather. It's definitely spring where get it early and fast before the sun bakes the snow. Started with the sunny aspects for boot-top pow early, tracked it up, and moved north to the shade as the morning wore on. Overnight freezing will not be kind to the baked sunny slopes. Best snow at the end of the day was Northway Chutes, Bruce's Bowl and Banana Chute. The rest was heavy, thick, and lumpy. C6 was closed due to a bad bearing saturday and will likely not be back till wednesday.
