Feb 10th, Utah bears

Another FOG and I have spent the week kicking around Powder Mtn, Snow Basin and today Deer Valley, I am incredibly impressed with the commitment all 3 areas make to customer happiness. Shear size and low moisture snow combine for pure pleasure, I snogasamed repeatedly this week and may need to call the number. We put the Garmin mph measurer to the test on impeccably rolled slopes at Deer Valley today thanks to brilliant guiding from Jim and Tracey, two PNW expats who've landed in Park City. I can't stop raving about the amenities, quality snow and helpful staff. Fresh snow has been a little scarce even down here yet there were tons of little aspen shots to be had on all 3 mountains. Did notice evidence of wildlife taking over some of the seasonal residences.

For all the crap that DV gets, it's hard not to admit that the service is spectacular and if you want to run groomers there ain't no place like it.
