Glad to hear the heat is working up at Crystal to make for some good early season spring skiing. The last three days here have been cold with some new and lots of nice packed pow bumps and lots of sun. Been really gettin a lot of practise on pow bumps. Did Snowmass on tuesday...started early on one edge and worked our way across the mountain and back - its big with lots of bump runs and gladed tree runs. Did Aspen on Wednesday...bumps and bumps and more bumps, was the big vert day of the week for me with lots of Silver
Gondy rides (got musak in some of their buckets) - plus I stoped skiing at 2pm and was in my room at 2:30...I like that. Went back to Highlands for the last time today, good snow bigger bumps, steeper and also hiked Highlands Bowl - 12400 top elevation, almost busted a lung. Skiied the center line off the top, perfect packed smooth powder droping fast and steep, twice as big as Powder bowl. I've enjoyed all three mountains...if you ever get the chance its well worth it. Tomorrow will be the
finish at Aspen on Ajax. Be back at Crystal on Monday if its worth it. Any edit and sppelinng coments oftpiste, I'm sure you can find a bunch?
