It' s very easy to have an enjoyable powder day when:
There's 9" new overnight.
The temps stay below freezing
There is no wind
They open the lift early at 8:30am
You're on the 2nd chair
There is a lite snow shower during your stay
Your skiing buddy also has a big smile
I would imagine everybody skiing and riding in the mountains of the PNW had a great day. Tomorrow should be better.

Agreed as well. I'd also like to add that the trees over at Silver Fir where excellent, boot top + for the whole morning. Fresh tracks each lap. Got my daughter to finally go down Triple 60, not once, but twice.

Just thougth I should mention - I was at Crystal today, but it sounded as good at the Pass as it was at Crystal.....yee haa for all

ddk- AKA- "Crystal Mt Riding Machine". What kind of batteries are you using in that pacemaker? You don't stop. Amazing vertical feet for Dan this year. Keep up the shredding and excellent reports.
