Wow, the powderfest continues! So many choices for untracked snow, so little time. It is great that the freezing level is low enough that the conditions continue to be excellent, little sun or wind affect in carefully and not so carefully chosen locations! The trend appears to be continuing too, only Christmas day appears to have too high temperatures in the forecast.
Today we found 6-16" powder on almost every compass bearing, the sun was out in the morning and caused some crusting and pinwheels, the breeze shook a little snow off the trees for an hour or two.
