That's true, Joe. Most Crystal lift ops stay in their shacks, but the ones who have exposed themselves to face-to-face contact with the clientele this season have been quite nice.

Crystal loses an employee who enjoys the mountains, the people, and his job... because he's had enough.  Sad to hear.

Yes, everything you said is true. I came back for a third season to see familiar lifties, skiers and be in the mountains.

But, not many lifties returned, attitudes have soured with some management. I won't name names, but it is not to my liking. Hope everyone has a great season. See you on the slopes!!

Just for the record. Crystal Mt is a great ski resort. Super terrain, good lift system and restaurant facilities.

It's just too bad the management can't match the great terrain.

Crystal mgt has always been kinda iffy, sorry I will not be getting to talk to you at the bottom of 6, but I'll keep and eye out for you on the slopes.

They'll learn when they hire some managers who are excited about their jobs and who value good lift ops. When you get the feeling from your boss like your services are no longer needed, it's time to move on. No big deal. When you get thrown a curve ball, you just have to adjust.
