Crystal - 12/03

Really big day, big sun, big vert, little rocks in places - but easy to miss, very little crowd. From below the Throne, to PB, Bearpits, to lines from the Shafts to M-world/IceFerkBerg across the front of REX, to the Valley and Grubstake. All good early and fun till sometime after 1pm when the sunny slopes started to set up. Shady slopes will be good for a long time. Great fun with the core Amigo group. ddk

How's the C6-Throne traverse now?

Not that bad, easy big bumps off the top front side (very top is totally wind blasted, almost bare, but step a couple down and everything is fine), a few twigs and bump drops, then hug the rope line out to what we call Chut #3 (about 2/3 rds the way), hang high right through the worst area and then your home free.
