My physics skills are rusty, but it would be interesting to calculate how much force it takes to push a 30-foot long, 21,000-pound tower suspended on a 100-foot cable, say, six inches sideways. It seems like the installation process depends on the guys at the base doing this sort of thing. I'm sure the people who plan the work know the answer.

It's amazing to see guys manually assisting machines in such a powerful yet delicate operation.

After watching the video again, it looks like maybe they don't need to push the towers by hand. The base has a conical guide that centers the tower onto the bolts and probably rotates it into place if necessary.
