An hour long snow squall yesterday afternoon dropped a nice coating of fresh on the skied out slopes here. Clearing overnight brought a frosty morning and interior of the Tercel Townhouse. The east facing chair led to soft runs in the warm sun. After a couple hours, it was time to leave the now slushy runs and head to the NW facing chair. Fresh tracks again, and a nearly empty chair. Ran a few groomers with a ski host about my age who turned out to be the original area owner's granddaughter! All you can eat oysters today for $15, not the rocky mountain kind. Skiing is free all week beginning Monday for everyone! Plenty of snow left, come on over for a low budget spring break.
