They groomed the run-in down to Northway lift.
Imagine our surprise after dropping Paradise Bowl to find a smooth groomed run to the Northway lift.
Never seen them groom it before.

Are they gooing to keep grooming it or what?
anybody know.

Wow, how far up does the grooming go?

From the flats at the base of Spook Hill all the way until only about 100 yds from the nasty mogully section where you turn hard right to the lift base.

I talked to John and Scott about it last week. Theoretically it is going to be a regular thing from here on out. They needed a bit more snow to get the cat in, and apparently they got enough.

Good news indeed, but it will likely increase northway traffic by a bit.

Yea as usual I enjoyed it but not happy if they do it a lot as it will increase traffic to the area .
My views on keeping the cost of entry high ( like the cat track at the top of chair 6) are well documented so  I will remain my selfish self!

It really needed the work, now the moguls will move gradually upslope with increased traffic.

I had a guy in the AM liftline ask me where there is skiing in Northway that did not have moguls.
Since traversing is the norm in the north, I suggested to really look over the terrain, go left until you see a rope then work your way to the right until you see a rope. There will be some areas that don't have moguls. I guess, if in doubt traverse it out! >
