It was 2 days of cold, ice, and frozen ruts before we were rewarded with some new yesterday. Tough on those knees driving the edges every turn! Upper Seventh was a skating rink on Tuesday.
Never made contact with Alecapone, but skied with Velillen and Jen Prince yesterday. Up to 4" fresh seemed like a gift after skiing on the same scratchy stuff as a week ago. The old cobbles on the back side became very skiable with new coverage, and it snowed most of the day.
