This morning the parking lot was a bit icy, by leaving time... just compacted snow.

Morning had patches of blue sky but turned into high overcast. The cloud deck lowered after lunch and with the loss of light later in the day... was a little hard to see the snow surface.

Skied down under chair four - quicksilver for the last run. The 'powder' was a little heavy at that low altitude. Skid road and the base meadows were packed to the point of getting icy.

Above all that, good snow and pow. The grooming got a little chopped and bumped towards the end of the day.

Green Valley Bowl was lightly bumped but good - Snorting Elk Bowl same. Nice pow off the groom! Rolling Knolls was lightly bumped with soft snow.

Evidently there was a good dump and we hit it just right. Got to practice my deep pow turns!

Props to Team Wally. He was still turning huge lines on his Katanas, when everyone else was in the lodge drinking coffee or Snow Cap Ales.

With Ch 6 closed on Wednesday and about a foot of fresh, the boys were going off.

Met a few of the TAY'ers. Great bunch!!

Hope everyone had a safe and powder filled day!!
