Saturday - Wow! What a day! Snow was good. Stayed on the groomers - nice and crisp in the morning. Softened later in the day but held up well. I think that because there is such a good snow pack, that it is working out really well. Later in the day we get some sluff over the hard pack - not bad.
Sunshine and blue sky with a high thin overcast that probably softened the sun effect.
Quite a large crowd tearing up Powder Bowl. Yes, this was fun, fun, fun in the sun and snow.
Tomorrow the last lift day.
Edit: Here are some photos (of my grandson) to show conditions.

What a great day indeed. Skied with my nearly 3 year old grandson and both daughters, we ripped skiing backwards on Discovery this morning. Made a quick lap down Powder Bowl with Keith Henson and a hit few groomers during nap time then back for round 2 on Discovery. Took him to the exit of Boondoggle and into the trees. It appears that we may have a new back country skier on our hands. Snow has held up very well. I may need to hang out here tomorrow and Monday to do a little more research. Thanks to all for the great reports and updates. That is all.
