What is high T?  High Temp?   That always sounds bad.  I was hoping to hit the place at early opening for a couple of hours.  Did everything get baked to bits?  DK

It's the high traverse into the slackcountry. I'd be praying for it to, if I were heading there tomorrow.

Thanks for the heads up on the sun, it'll put me firmly in the shade tomorrow morning.

Yes, Hope High T is open on Thursday, poss blue bird day....Will get up early for morning runs....will bring my fat boards to enhance the ride and minimally to ride on any soup if it warms...thanks for the updates! WIll give a heads up for Friday as if we don't get into the BC on Thursday, then the Friday crew will have a blast...if not, we will get that 20 in the Tue's group didn't!! :) Cheers, MO

Also most of open terrain and chutes out in the BC beyond Elevator gate had much avy sluff scattered about today and skiing steeper sections would sluff the snow too. As mentioned, shaded areas fared better and that includes the tree areas. Likely to be considerable loose snow avy debris in the BC accessed via the High T, but at least it will be less tracked out than Elevator when it opens.
