I'm not in the film  :'( but there is a HUGE booter in the Southback for filming. As for the Warren Miller crew today they were in the Northback filming around the left Angle trees.

Don't be surprised if they shut down South as friday will be bluebird.

it might be worth checking in with the Naxo people to see if there might nor be a warranty repair there for you.....

Well I would not buy the Naxos again but it looks like the toe wing piece should be reasonable to replace. Zap was mentioning what I was already thinking: big galoots need a true alpine setup for lift skiing. And of course Dynafits for bc. Will be shopping for some great price on something like either Gotamas or Wateas. Binding suggestions all you downhill experts?
These things, along with Fritschi, seem to have limited use. I chose these about four years ago because they tour better than the Fritschis. But they still tour lousy.
Almost the worst thing was having to walk down an untracked upper Quicksilver.

I wonder if they will save the king for the Freeride comp finals on Fri?

I have the same Naxos- I have had a solid experience with them, for the most part. On and earlier tour this year, I busted the front swingarm while acending- needless to say, I was screwed. I took the binding to Backpackers in Tacoma and they came thru big time! They called endless numbers of folks to try to get info, many times were rejected. In the end, they found a supplier who was willing to replace my broken NX 01 with a brand new NX 21! We were bummed they didn't send a pair, but all is good that ends good. All I have to say is good luck trying to find a part for the old 01's- call Backpackers, as their memory will be fresh for the numbers to call.

BTW- Crystal 3/4 and 3/5 were sick days!
