02.18.09. Diamond Peak was created by kam
Met up with Silas, Holly (friend of Silas living in Incline Village), Zap and Jill at Diamond Peak just before 1pm. Still fresh snow to be had in the trees. The sun was out and the view of the Lake was splendid. It was nice chatting with the gang on the chair and making some turns together!

Kam, It was great to share some turns with you in the fresh snow and sunshine with fantastic views.
It was fun watching Holly, Silas and you chase each other down the mountain. In the morning, we followed Holly down through the powder until the thighs started "talking". Silas just kept on skiing all day without a break. Those "young retirees" sure have lots of energy during the first couple of years.
This recent storm cycle has been wonderful.
Monday - powder day during the storm
Tuesday - powder day during the storm
Wednesday - powder day with sunshine
Life is good.

Here's a shot of Dr. Leang in the cutup powder testing skis "made by Chinese not in China."
