Overall great day at Crystal.  There was a decent amount of ice out there, but there's also a lot of good snow.  I was skiing with an out of towner, so we were trying to see as much of the mountain as possible.

The Good: 
The north face of the King.  Clouds blocked seeing it from the lifts, but there was boot top pow to be had
Snorting Elk Bowl- Generally good turns had there
The upper half of Northway, esp Morning Glory Bowl

The Bad:
The Bear Pits - needs snow bad.
Campbell basin - skiable, but not very good.

The Ugly:
all of the choke points in Northway, nothing new there though

Since I thought it was going to be fairly icy everywhere, I would say the day exceeded expectations.
