So good...I would have taken pics, but was too busy ripping the freshies.

I was first through gate #1 into Northback...first run was great, second ok, third was messy (rocks, bumps, and lots-o-people).

SE Trees late in the morning was my best run of year. Perfect glades mixed with loose GS turns = perma grin.

Front side of the king was also very nice, but a still requires a lot of billy goating to get into the goods.

Skied the short side of three way (just past the boundry sign), also a little rocky, but I didnt hit any.

Agree wholeheartedly. Most gonzo good day. Well over a foot of dry freshpow, upper E and rock face were thigh deep. North got hit hard and quick. The game plan with the new chair seems to be hit the contraindicated lines and avoid the gully bottoms. I still cringe when I see all the great fall line tree skiing chewed up by traverse rs looking for an easy way down. Guess that is the price of progress. Hats off to CM for great patrol work in getting it all running and open and to the parking crew for making sure all the big city snow drivers got valet attention. Minor gripe: All the yuppie/Genx/Geny/who knows what Gen Beamer, Mercedes, Xbox, and Precis drivers need to get a clue about things like studs, snow tires and chains. It is not my problem that your PC mobile can't perform like the big boy SUVs and AWDs. Please forgive me if I don't feel like postponing my ski day because you can't cope. If you are going to come to the mountain be prepared. This is not a rainy day drive to the pass. EOR (end of Rant) kis safe and lots. That is all.

Speaking of Traversing it is sad that so many people traverse Bulls run over to exterminator instead of Hiking a extra 3 minutes. :'(

It is truly a travesty to traverse rather than boot.
