Headed out to check coverage at Ski Acres after the pass opened Sunday. Much easier driving at the pass than through Seattle - it was a pretty pleasant day up there for the couple of hours. Still very much early season coverage - lots of trees and a couple of creeks still showing. Hardly any one up there yesterday - best runs down Parachute - some nice wind blown powder face shots. On an ill advised run through some shrubs and trees, got some nice slabs (8" deep) to crack - really no run out because anchored by vegatation but perhaps an indicator of some more dangerous conditions higher up.
