Mission Ridge, Dec. 6: WA's WROD

That's White Ribbon Of Death, and it was all that. Felt like a flashback to Thanksgivings at Loon and Waterville Valley. A 100% manmade strip of ice and shaved ice. Wasn't quite as bad as that sounds (lots of perfectly carvable, fast sections), but what did you expect? Tix were $39. Need snow...badly.

WROD, i like that.  $39 ???  Those snow guns are probably expensive to run, guess they needed some compensation.  After poking around the web a bit, I found that you too, can make your own snow at home with your very own backyard blizzard . This actually sounds sweet if I had a spare $2400 to blow (no pun intended).
