Great day in the sun. Got some great turnbs in on some decent corn. When you take account for everything (i.e. Late May, bad day for BC, etc) it was sweet. Lots of bikinis (no babes though, mostly granite falls women) and shot 6 was a great line, as well as the nice launch of Upper Nash (Widow Maker).

Good times.

bad day for BC

Agree, yesterday was good times, however BC was actually in very good shape. With exception of the normal openings where the snow is pulling away from rock (easily avoided), and where the  creaks are actually breaking through (trash can), things were remarkably stable. The low traverse out to Martins was sweet, run after run. Pretty much gravity all the way, and as the day progressed the snow seemed to be a little less sticky.

There seems to be a question as to whether they may open next weekend or not. Staff on hand yesterday didn't know (they did know it was being discussed).

Show of hands...

If they re-open for next weekend who will come?

I agree that Alpy was good fun both days and that Bc was in good condition wich surprised me.
I went out on the High Traverse to Big Trees and it skied really well as it was a bit more shaded because of.......the big trees. ;)
Hope they open again although all this lift skiing is making me soft!
