I made it until about noon and I left, what is up with Chair 2 not opening up? The little white board down at the bottom of armstrong said something to the effect of "chair 2, skiing really bad, waiting till it warms up". Thanks guys, glad you decided that for me, seriously, I mean so it's icey, it skis like crap doesn't mean you can't open it up. It also said something like "skiing on groomed 16x better than off past", which was not very true at all. Skiing wasn't really all that bad, yeah pretty crusty some fresh on top because of the rain, but as long as you had wide skies didn't really seem to matter. Anyway, I'm heading back up tomorrow, hoping chair 2 will open up one more time for the last weekend.

when 2 opened it was a bit like twiced baked potatoes, the chair was closed while the crust softened. Nash did not open right away, but when it did ,elevator also opened. By then I was pretty beat so I did not stick around to see what else was going to open. Sent off some mighty fine cinnamin rolls around rope line. The patrol guys were doing a run through the bc when I left. Knee wraps and red wax would be the sunday call.
