Crystal was crystal with great packed pow off the flatten stuff and by the way my wife left her pass at home and they honered the pass at home and gave her a ticket for the day. Every liftie was right on their chairs and people were flowing into 4's or 6's as needed. With the whole hill open wall to wall and every door(gate) open people were all over and no one was in line, just out skiing. I have read the threads all season and I think you guys have made Crystal a better hill. I just looked around and still after 11 years of skiing there I am still blown away in the pure mass of Crystal. They have a gold mine so to speak and I know it's easy to over look the finner things when one is looking at $.
Great day in GV and a few easy rips on the Queen side.
If you want customer service at Crystal just go up and get a beverage from "Tracy" she is Crystal and the real Gold mine of Crystal.
Cheers to you all

FWIW, I skied Crystal on Friday and had a great time. Courteous window service on my Snoqualmie Unlimited pass (includes 5 days at Crystal). Rode the lift with a patroller, he was cool, friendly, found out it was only my 4th time there and gave me a bunch of beta on Southback, etc. We discussed the morning's control results. No big attitude at all. 10" light fresh up high. No lines, Northway opened around 10, same for High Campbell.
