Way better than we expected.  3-4 heavy inches of snow over the groomed on the lower lift, but International had 6-10 in spots, which was enough to cover many moguls and ice spots.
As of noon, Snakedance had not opened yet, nor had Elevator or the upper back country. Felsen and anything in the trees was really nice. Multiple face shots on Chair two all morning.

Stevens was pretty decent too. They had some sort of Sven and something tele race and I heard there were a total of 5-10 people. A portion of Tye bowl was roped off for this and I ahd a chance to run down "next to the gates" in 5-7 inches of untouched. It was generally moderate 3-6 inches powder on crust on the N side and lumpy styrofoam on the back. Bobby shoots, upper Big Chief bowl, Tye...all good! Up with the work group for "lab ski day".
