The rain on Saturday triggered quite a few large wet slides in the adjacent backcountry. Most of the slides were releasing from exposed rock bands (on all aspects) with some of the snow chunks in the debris fields larger than a VW bug.

Sunday was a great day to close out the (lift served) skiing up there. The partly cloudy skies kept temps just cool enough for things to stay pretty stable trouhout the day. Skied Shuskan arm and two runs down that other face (don't know the name; you end up in the canyon in bounds). There's still a ton of snow hanging on the steep faces just waiting for a warm day to come on down.
