March, 13 Mission Ridge

First time at MR since 2000. The place is filled in nicely and the new lift makes a huge difference. Spent some time hiking out to some great sunny fluffy pow turns in the Mission Peaks area. The groomed runs there are frekin great! I was going so fast I scared myself a few times <br><br>I have forgotten how nice a ski area Mission can be with good snow.

Mission Ridge has some dry snow. Bomber Bowl is shweet. One of the coolest groomers. You start with a wing off a plane as a memorial, then cruise through the cliff areas on meticulous groomed runs. Sunny, fast groomers. And dry powder off piste.
