Delayed opening on REX for avy work. <br>Not a lot of indication of the 4 inches of precip over the last couple days.<br>Whipped cream cheese on the top of the mountain. 4-6 inches soft goods on what seemed a firmer snowpack. <br>Anything below 5800 foot level only (off groomed): <br>Leg breaking-ligament shredding-breakable rain crust, with unconsolidated snow below crust and various frozen shapes.<br>Thank goodness for cat tracks, kick turns and releasable bindings on the lower mountain. <br>But a good couple hours skiing as work lunchbreak none the less.<br>Joe
