MHM was very good today. A telemetry check reveals that Mt Hood got the upper-hand in the latest series of storms with 14"s yesterday and 5"s today. All of this at 19-22degrees. I got in line for Hood Express about 8:40 and it opened at 9:00. Headed to Shooting Star and had many an excellent run on snow that was so light, I was wondering if I had suddenly been transported to Utah. A few hours after opening I met up with Jason, Carl and Andy C. who is visiting from Colorado, and we spent of rest of the day shivering from the cold and skiing our hearts out. Shooting Star line was bad around 11-12, but in the late afternoon and first-thing in the morning it was essentially non-existent.
