We woke in the van in the Bachelor parking lot to blowing snow and 4" of new powder. Tuesday's are 2 for 1 with a Shell gas coupon or if you have a WA ski area pass they'll provide a $10 discount. Unfortunately, it is spring break and the area was full of kids. Only the Summit lift was closed due to blowing snow. It was good to ski powder again. The coverage is excellent on the runs BUT you do not want to venture into the trees or the fringes of the runs. Things were great until about noon when the sun came out and the snow turned heavy. Time to head for Tahoe. Zap & Jill
