Yakima and Naches Peak 6/27/10

Jay and I hit headed out 410 for some boot-camp boot-pack treatment in order to take in the scenery and abuse the legs.  Slapped the solid board on the pack for several boot-pack ascents up Yakima and the back side of Naches Peak.  Great weather, perfect temps, sun-cups build character.  Snow began to get sticky upon departure at around 4pm, as expected, mercyful stability.  Took note of the massive crown/propagation on the north side, as documented by Keith Henson's trip last week; looks like it let loose grande style sometime back.  Looking to head back up on the split late Weds, freezing levels should be allowing, from the looks of it.  :D
