Just a quick message to announce that skiing is pretty much done for the season on Loowit/Mt. St. Helens. You can hike up to nearly the crater rim in order to get some turns in one of the gullies but it's a lot of work for little payoff!
Thin, patchy and snow-free in the trees above Chocolate Falls.
