I enjoyed a cool and misty day on Vesper Sunday, with some clearing in the afternoon just in time for my ski. The clouds kept the few inches of new snow on the upper slopes from turning to glop, so it skied well. Saw the strangest trimmed poodles on the summit just as I was leaving so I didn't talk to the owner to ask what was up with that???

Bring hiking shoes to get up into Wirtz Basin.
