If the cat’s outta the bag, I’ll post some pictures to get stoke up. What an unexpectedly awesome early season day on skis. We skinned from the car. Stopped often to enjoy the scenery and views, eat food, and revel in the fact that we were skiing quality stuff in October for the second year in a row (the glacier was punchy and kinda fun, but the trees below the cliff were amazing and playful). My lady’s skins had lost all glide, so she had to take 4 steps for every step I took and it took a toll on both her feet and our trip time, but it was otherwise a really uneventful and wonderful day in the mountains.
