October 15, 2011, Paradise Glacier

The kids handicapped themselves with fritschi bindings and heavy fat skis today so I could almost keep up!  A little less than an inch of new snow had fallen to cover the Thursday tracks a bit. Blue skies, calm wind, and warm temperatures made for some soft skiing hero snow today, including what were icy patches on Thursday. We did two laps from the upper paradise glacier and had the place to ourselves.
