Alpental was in great shape today. The snowpack is firmed up, with a light fluffy 6 on top. There were no other tracks up chair 2 until the top--looks like 2 patrollers rode the lift and dropped into International. We thought about it but it was 4pm and darkness was coming fast, so we skiied back down the lift face. Very, very nice. Coverage is excellent. Hope it keeps coming.
