Calm weather, gradually clearing to mid day, then clouding over and snowing by the time we headed home. The fresh snow from a few days ago now has been settling but still was great 12" of NW powder on a heavier 6" on a firm base. The snow was slightly lighter on north slopes, very little wind affected snow exists. Tonight Mother Nature is scheduled to erase all trace of human travel and renew the slopes with a foot of fluff. Enjoy tomorrow, the final day of liftless skiing at Stevens for a while.
Sure is tough cleaning up left overs, huh Si?
