We took the summer trail, which meant we hiked in for about a mile and a half. From there on the coverage was actually really good, and it was a gorgeous day with blue skies and some clouds thrown in just for kicks and good photo taking. Gunsight Couloir was in great shape with only one thin choke point. We followed someone else's tracks and got intel from a local who pointed us to the winter trail, which took us 50 yards from the parking lot.
