WA Cascades West Slopes South (Mt Rainier)

Silas and Russ joined us on a tour of Paradise and surrounds. Weather ranged from a blizzard to sunshine and back. South facing aspects skied worst with a couple of rain crusts about 4" apart under the 4 to 6 inches that had fallen Friday and Saturday and on top of the 2 to 3 feet that had fallen the week before. North facing aspects were real sweet. East and West facing just sweet. Noted a fairly good sized release (about a 1 to 1.5) on an east facing aspect of Pan of about a 35 to 40 degree angle.
