Broke trail from 2500’ to Elevation 5200’. Only a few new inches, so the morning went fast. Supportive crust down low and to 3800’ Top 1400’ was a foot deep and trending towards heavy.. No Avy issues. Stayed on slopes below 32 degrees. Bottom was fogged in, but the top had some sun with views of Three Brothers, Nightmare Needles etc…Good snow up top except for the windslab at the summit. Saw 2 happy skinners and a dog enjoying my track. Hope they fared well getting back down as it was warming and setting up!
