The details in case anyone is interested in getting up there this weekend.

Continuous snow starts about 500' vertical from the car.
We crossed to the west side of the creek around 4500' on a decent bridge. You can continue up to the flats on the east side and have a very easy crossing higher up. (our return route)
We went right at the first cirque
And took the right of the three passages to the upper cirque. The left goes, but it did not look like it from our vantage point below.

Snow was sloughing off rocks all day. Up high the there was a few inches of buttery fresh that was wetter for the ride down. Overall the skiing was better than we were expecting.
