Quick trip before the rainfest begins again. One positive note about the rain, it does seem to be firming up the snowpack. Skiing down around 9am we found 2-3" mush above 5000' and an inch or so of soft corn below. Snow ends about 10 yards from the patio now.

He's turning back into his usual self - the primary concerns of the day centered on the search for the next Silasmobile.

The pictures don't show it, but the morning was quite sunny. Good and consistent snow - get it before the ghost of tropical storm Laila ruins the party.
