On our way to Calicornia, we stopped in Bend for a 15min walk to snow and then mostly skinning up Mt Bachelor so Alfred and Theresa could finally tag a summit on this trip. 8700-7700' provided a patch of surprisingly smooth corn, below that was cuppy but not stiff.

Did three laps on the moraine... Independence Day...what a hoot!!
