Meadow skipping tour. About 3 inches of new, but wind affected snow on top of two feet of granular at the highway. Snow depth increased somewhat with slightly higher elevation. Made many enjoyable fishscale short laps at around 4200ft elevation on NW aspect gentle open slope. Spoke to some other skiers that reported enjoyable skiing in much deeper wind drifted snow between 6000ft and 5000ft elevation.
