Spider was great last weekend, but the skiing was okay. Today, the skinning was not as good (didn’t get to skin from the car), but the skiing was so good that the hikers coming up the valley heard me whoopin from a mile or so away. Definitely some interfaces and sugar snow to think about, but we easily found safe passage. Snow conditions were changing rapidly. Much warmer than forecasted. With all that said, first super quality turns of this winter!!!
