Hoped to ski corn before the forecasted clouds came in, but the strong breeze from the south thwarted that plan for Crown Point.  What a difference five days make, heck even one day.

The ski up Bullion Peak went quickly on a frozen track with traces of blown powder. Set a new route when the icy one got tricky on the way up from Bullion Basin. At 1130 Crown Point seemed too icy to ski so we headed back with an hour stop to allow slopes to warm hopefully. No change, so we headed up toward East Peak.  About ten minutes below the top we found an inch of corn on a firm base. Nice 600' run on SW slopes to Bullion Basin at 2pm. Headed back up for another, but bailed when the overcast and light snow arrived.

Good exercise, nice views, good company.
