We found a few short shots of dry 6-10" powder on a very solid base. Beautiful views, breezy on Snow Lake, lotsa avalanche debris and a couple icy luge tracks to navigate. We went over Pineapple Pass, the approach to Bryant-Chair col looked too dangerous for us. Sun is fun, and powder is funner.

you might have run into my roommate who was skinning for his first time up towards the lake. he mentioned meeting and/or following some skiers.
