Just a quick snow conditions update since I did't see any out there for this area. Stuck to NW facing old growth trees after hearing about a skier triggered slide, and huge crown on Thursday nearby. The woods were amazing above 4,000 ft. Below that there was a bit of a rain crust under 7-10 inches of powder. The winds weren't an issue in the woods but apparently it was pretty blustery out there. No instability noted but again, we were in well spaced trees all day.
