Typical spring winter conditions - firm morning, corn afternoon. We didn't really get the corn experience since we left before it got soft so we had to boot back up our descent into the white river drainage after my helmet fell from my pack and went to the bottom. Thanks to my partner for not complaining during the sh*t show that was me that day.
