WA Cascades West Slopes North (Mt Baker)

There were a lot of people out at the Mt. Baker Ski Area today. Seemed like most stayed in bounds, but 20 people or so were touring around Table mountain. We stayed mostly near the Blueberry Chutes. Snow was about 12" of new on top of a firm ice crust (not breakable). There were a few rocks poking through, but we managed to avoid them. Started out clear and sunny, clouded over, and got a little windy and cold, and dropped about 2" of snow. With the cold temps, it will stay good for a while.
