Knee deep Cascade "powder" made for tough skinning, though the weather was good, light winds, no precipitation, good sun cover to keep the slopes from getting heavier or crusty. Still we found skiing down very difficult except on extremely steep slopes.
Mmmm, sounds tasty Silas. Thanks for the report. It'll all be muck by Sunday, from the sound of it.
